The DUFF, Kimi, World War Z, Paris 13th District, Better Luck Tomorrow, Chef, The Italian Connection, Confess Fletch, Bachelorette, Red Eye, Boiler Rom, The Late Shift
Masterpiece imo. I wish more “retelling of current events” style movies were similarly straightforward, almost journalistic. The heightened retellings are tricky to do right. Zero Dark Thirty comes to mind as a successful example of the latter. Alas, that movie is much longer than two hours. Also, Rand factoid, for my streaming apps I only put 100-minutes-or-less length films on my “list” cuz it makes braindead scrolling less fraught. This is Paul Hanson Clark btw. I enjoyed your article about notebooks etc.

Thanks! Didn't expect The Late Shift to be recommended! Not a bad movie
